Covid-19
We are fully compliant with covid-19 regulations. A risk assessment has been completed and a number of policies have been implemented to keep our customers safe such as installing a customer screen at front of house and providing hand sanitiser. Card and cash payments are also regularly disinfected.
Please do continue to scan the NHS app in case you have to be contacted if there is a reported covid-19 infection from a member of the public who has been in the proximity of our van.
There is plenty of outdoor space for your bubble. Cones have been added around the van at the 2 metre distance for you to stand at while you are waiting for pizzas.

Our van is 6.00 l x 2.3 w mtrs 8.0 mtrs when the tailgate is raised ) and weighs 3 tonnes so is not suited to small gardens and narrow lanes. Our van doesn’t like low bridges or car park height barriers due to the flue height as the total height of the van is 3.0 meters. We will fit in most private level driveways but will need a 2 meter space from the side of the van to set our tables up for front of house operations ( which could be your lawn ). If you are unsure if we will fit, just call us and we can come over and have a look at your site.
Electricity requirements for our van are: A Honda generator (very silent running at 86 db )
“Off grid” 12 v to 24 volt power solution sourced from additional battery’s in the van.
Direct mains 240 V connection into the van via our power management system to run lighting and equipment.
Electrical additions to the van have been installed & inspected by a NICEIC approved electrical contractor . All portable electrical appliances have been PAT tested.
Yes we have all our equipment regularly serviced to ensure its safe to use in public space.
Yes we have all our FIRE equipment regularly serviced to ensure its serviceable.
Yes we have all our FIRE equipment regularly serviced to ensure its serviceable.
Our Bushman wood-fired oven is smoke exempt as of 6th of April 2011 the Dingley dell range of commercial and domestic ovens will be on the statute as the only uk made wood burning ovens that have this exemption and 1 of only 3 manufacturers world wide.

Yes we have £10,000,000 Public and Product Liability with Giles insurance brokers. Our Pizza van has full comprehensive insurance.
We have a level 5 food hygiene rates with the Medway council and all food handing staff are training to a minimum of level 2 in food handling & hygiene.

We require A 30 % non refundable deposit to hold your date and time. A few weeks before the party we will finalize details. The remainder of the balance is due 10 days prior to the event. We accept all major credit cards, cash or bank transfer. We have standard terms & contract agreement that both party’s sign when the deposit is taken.
We have available the risk & method statement on our NCASS unit profile to view and email out if required.
